Stereophonics Announce Bristol Show

Stereophonics have announced that they will play a show at Colston Hall in Bristol as a warm up for their Decade In The Sun UK Arena Tour. The show will take place on Friday 28 November. Tickets, as expected, are SOLD OUT !

Kelly Mentions Dublin Return

Kelly Jones mentioned just before introducing the final song at The Academy in Dublin on November 7, that they would be returning to Dublin around February or March time. The show (@ the O2 ??), will assumingly, coincide with a Decade In The Sun European Tour.

Stereophonics HMV Signings

Stereophonics will be signing copies of their new album "Decade In The Sun" in Dublin on Friday before their performance at the Academy on Friday night. They will be signing copies at HMV Grafton ST @ 17.30.

Wristbands can be gotten from 08:30 in store at HMV - 2 wristbands per person.

The band will also be doing another signing at Zavvi in Cardiff on Friday November 14 @ 1pm

Stereophonics have announced an intimate show at the Academy in Dublin next week. It will take place next Friday, November 7th.

Tickets are on sale this Friday 31st October, are limited to 4 per person and are priced at approx €33 (To be confirmed)

"Live" Performances aka 'Mime' Performances

What is it with artists miming when they are supposedly playing "Live"?

Kelly Jones did it at the weekend during the Stereophonics performance before the NFL at Wembley Stadium. He has an incredible voice live and sounds great..... why bother miming?

I know it maybe because it's too short a performance to do all the mixing and all that but, at least if you are going to do it, don't make it so obvious! Just like at cd:uk a while back!
